APPLICATION OF PREFERENTIAL RATES (Val-David and Val-Morin residents)

RESIDENT pricing applies to :

• All taxpayers owning a residence (primary or secondary)
  in Val-David or Val-Morin and their immediate family members*.
• All permanent** tenants in Val-David or Val-Morin and their immediate family members*.

* Persons living year-round under the same roof as the taxpayer or tenant.

** Main residence, year-round.

Note: seasonal tenants (less than 12 months) excluded.

APPLICATION OF PREFERENTIAL RATES (Val-David and Val-Morin residents)

Examples of proof of residence
(must show Val-David or Val-Morin address):

• Municipal tax bill
• Utility account (electricity, telephone, gas, etc.)
• Driver’s license

Membership cards for associations, businesses or services are not accepted.
