Miles and miles of training!

The park’s reputation for trail running is well established. The diversity of the trails and the many peaks make the park the perfect place to train. Hills with an average elevation gain of 110 m are ideal for both ascents and descents. Winter snowshoe trails are often more technical, while cross-country ski trails are ideal for runners who prefer faster, more rolling trails. Many trail segments can be found on the Strava app, and route suggestions can be found on the On Piste app.
