The Far Hills sector of Val-David-Val-Morin regional park invites families to explore the “In the Footsteps of History” theme trail. This playful nature trail features three themed stations on animals and four reading stations offering a variety of children’s books on the theme of nature. Educational games are also available on loan at the reception desk. Children who complete the challenges along the trail receive a surprise gift.
This themed trail is accessible to all although the reading selections and physical challenges are mainly suitable for children in the first primary cycle.
The Far Hills bike park includes a pump-track and a skills zone. Whether it’s to initiate future mountain bikers or to spend some quality time with the family, the bike park will always be a must for young cyclists from the moment they arrive at the park.
